Overview

An item/product is eligible for a return in following conditions: Same condition as the purchaser received, unused and in its original packaging along with the receipt or a proof of purchase.

- Original Receipt/Invoice Attachment

- Photo(s) of Item/Product

Damages/Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item/product.

Exchange

You may exchange the defective* item/product to a new one as long as item/product is in stock at the time of request.

Note*

Manufactured sealed item/product may be under following minor defect and damaged conditions due to a lack of manufacture quality control or third-party shipping process and transit reasons:

- Minor rip or cut on the shrink wrap

- Corner ding(s)

- Any other package imperfections

- Missing content(s) in the package

Overview

Refund will be honored and processed once the returned item/product has been inspected and meet the criteria. 10% restocking fee will be taken due to credit card, overhead and shipping fee processes.

Cancellation
